A WELL & WILD Approach to Healing and Wellness
We specialise in the improvement of stress or trauma related health concerns. Common stress-related health concerns we help with include: anxiety, depression, muscle tension, chronic back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, sleeping difficulties, neurological issues, and digestive issues to name a few.
It's widely known that the inability to fully process and adapt to life's stress or trauma can negatively impact your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. It's less widely known that dealing with stress and trauma mentally does not always mean that your body has dealt with it.
At Well & Wild we help you develop embodied healing strategies to improve your health, wellness, and quality of life. Embodied healing means that your healing and wellness journey happens within and through your body. It's through your body that you feel, and it's through your body that you can truly heal. As you heal through your body you become free from the negative impact of life's stress and trauma on your body, mind, and spirit... you become Well & Wild!

Our Story
Our well and wild story began in 2005 when we combined our two individual Chiropractic wellness practices (previously called Well Well Well and WildGirl Wellness) to form WELL & WILD. We are a husband and wife team offering you the unique advantage of two practitioners caring for you simultaneously. Working together in this way allows us to combine our individual strengths and expertise to provide you and your loved ones with the best care possible.
Our embodied healing work has developed and evolved over the past 25 years through our background and formal education in Chiropractic, and more specifically as fully certified practitioners of Network Spinal and Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breath) Integration care. We both practiced as licensed chiropractors for nearly two decades before organically transitioning into what is now our own uniquely positioned healing and wellness practice.
Our gentle healing work is focused on your Nervous System as the primary means of creating change from within you. While our care does involve working gently with your spine, we don't crack or manipulate your spine in any way, nor do we treat conditions, symptoms, or injuries directly. As a result we no longer work as licensed chiropractors and we do not accept ACC.
We practice exclusively as facilitators of your personal healing and the development of embodied healing strategies for your spine, your nervous system, and your life.
