About Well & Wild...
Well & Wild was born in 2005 from a shared vision for healing — and for a different kind of care.
We brought together our two individual Network Spinal–based practices and began working side by side, combining our clinical experience, personal insight and intuitive understanding to support people of all ages, from newborns to retirees.
Our work is informed by the principles of Network Spinal care — a gentle, non-forceful approach that supports spinal reorganisation, nervous system regulation, stress adaptation and a greater capacity for healing and wellbeing. For more than 20 years, our work has continued to evolve. While our foundations are firmly rooted in chiropractic and Network Spinal care, our understanding of healing has expanded to encompass the profound relationship between the spine, nervous system, body and lived experience.
Our education and clinical foundations include Chris's double Bachelor of Science degrees in Physiology and Chiropractic, Lisa's Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and full certification in Network Spinal care for both of us. We each worked as licensed chiropractors for nearly two decades before choosing to step away from chiropractic practice and follow a broader path into embodied healing, nervous system regulation and resilience, and personal growth.

Our Work Today
Today, we no longer practice as licensed chiropractors. We don't perform chiropractic spinal adjustments or bony manipulation. We don't directly treat injuries or medical conditions, and we do not accept ACC.
Instead, we work exclusively as healing facilitators.
Our role is to create the conditions for your own system to change and reorganise— using gentle, non-forceful contacts to the spine, and body-breath integration work that supports greater nervous system regulation, adaptability, resilience and growth. We see healing as more than simply resolving symptoms or conditions. It is also about developing greater awareness, connection and capacity — becoming more responsive, more adaptable and more fully engaged with life.
This is the heart of Well & Wild: Heal Deeply. Live Fully.

Research & Clinical Contribution
Our work is grounded in both experience and evidence.
We have authored and published three peer-reviewed clinical case studies in scientific journals, contributing to the growing body of research exploring the outcomes of Network Spinal–based care. These studies are available on our website for those who wish to understand more about the clinical foundations of our approach.
We honour science — and we honour lived experience.
Well & Wild Living
We divide our time between Doubtless Bay in the Far North and Auckland’s North Shore.
Our offerings include embodied healing sessions at our Milford clinic, as well as immersive experiences at our private healing retreat in Doubtless Bay — a space designed for depth, restoration, and expansion.
Living between these two environments mirrors our work: grounded and spacious, structured and free.

Why Well & Wild?
Because becoming well is healing. And becoming wild is expanding into your full potential.
Our role is not to fix you.It is to support your nervous system in remembering its capacity — to heal, to adapt, to grow.
We would be honoured to walk that path with you.
