We take time to understand how your body and nervous system have adapted to the stresses and demands of your life.
During your first visit we will:
• Assess how your spine and nervous system are adapting to stress• Identify patterns of stored tension or limited adaptability• Begin gentle spinal work to initiate nervous system reorganisation• Discuss a personalised care plan aligned with your goals This work is subtle, yet profound.

For new clients, your first visit will be approximately an hour. This visit is relaxed, informative, and completely at your own pace. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing care.

Practice Hours
We alternate between Auckland and Northland.
The following hours are for our Milford, North Shore Auckland Clinic:
Weekly hours:
MONDAY - 10am - 1pm
Bi-weekly hours:
TUESDAY - 3pm - 7pm
WEDNESDAY - 9am - 11am & 2pm - 6pm
(Private Consultation hours from 11am - 2pm)
